Jocelyn L. Jacobson

Jocelyn L. Jacobson received her B.A. from the University of Chicago and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, magna cum laude, winning the Chapin Prize for graduating first in her class. She joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson as a litigation associate after law school. In 1998 Ms. Jacobson joined the Office of the Manhattan Borough President, C. Virginia Fields, first as the Director of Policy, and later becoming the Director of Policy and Budget. Ms. Jacobson returned to a law firm in 2003, becoming a litigation associate at her current firm, Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt. She was made a partner of the firm in 2009. Ms. Jacobson has an active commercial litigation practice, involving business and employment disputes, and appearing in both state and federal courts. She is a member of the NYWBA Board of Directors and has previously served as Co-Chair of the Judiciary Committee and the Solo and Small Law Firm Committee.
